What Is TG LAWCET & TG PGLCET?

TG LAWCET (Telangana Law Common Entrance Test) is conducted for admission into 3-Year LLB and 5-Year Integrated LLB programmes in all recognised law colleges across Telangana. TG PGLCET (Telangana PG Law Common Entrance Test) is for admission into the LLM programme.

Both exams are conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) at the official portal lawcet.tgche.ac.in. In 2026, the exam was conducted on 18th May 2026 across multiple centres in Telangana and select cities in Andhra Pradesh.

The exam was held in three shifts — 3-Year LLB Shift 1 (9:30 AM–11:00 AM), 3-Year LLB Shift 2 (12:30 PM–2:00 PM), and 5-Year LLB & LLM (4:00 PM–5:30 PM). Provisional answer keys were released on 23rd May 2026 and the final result is expected on 5th June 2026.
